At the center of circle is one key teacher—the Advisor (Acompañada). This teacher is closely involved in the child’s growth and learning and serves as the main guide for both the child and the family.
Around the Advisor is a circle of subject teachers who share insights, observations, and support. Together, they help each child grow with confidence, motivation, and joy.

How We Track Each Child’s Growth
At Mamá Margarita, children do not grow on a fixed timeline—and we don’t measure them with one-size-fits-all checklists or constant testing.
Instead, we use a Personalized Attention Checklist that helps teachers carefully observe, support, and guide each child’s growth over time.
